1) HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

2) CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN SUPPLIES?

To ensure the best quality, customers are NOT able to provide their own supplies. Totally Designed x Chizzy will provide all necessary items for each order.

 

3) TURNAROUND TIME?

For small orders (5 items & under), turnaround time is 7-14 business days. For bulk orders (6 or more items), turn around time is 14-28 business days.

 

4) DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Pickup is free Standard shipping rates start at $10 & varies based on the size and quantity of items. Overnight shipping rates start at $20 and varies based on the size and quantity of items.

 

5) PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All payments must be made via Wix Invoices unless discussed and instructed otherwise.
